The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill on page 2, section 1(b)(1), line seventeen, after the word “in” by striking the words “the county courthouse and other buildings where court proceedings are held and in which the prosecutor or assistant prosecutor is appearing before the court in a criminal matter” and inserting in lieu thereof “within the office of the Prosecuting Attorney”.
